What is home care?

Home care covers a wide range of services that enhance the health and well-being of the client. These services are rendered in the client's home, as opposed to nursing homes or retirement communities. Home care services include housekeeping, nursing care, therapy and other specialised services.

How extensive is the home care you provide?

We offer a range of specialised services (see Services Provided) as well as standard nursing and can attend to any of your needs.

Can I be sure my family member will be cared for properly?

All our caregivers have been rigorously trained to attend to every need. Our staff are carefully selected for not only their nursing and special care abilities, but for their caring and compassion as well, so there is no need to worry. If your loved one has special needs or conditions we choose a caregiver most suited to those needs.

What if my loved one doesn't get along well with his caregiver?

We train all our caregivers to be personable and to extend service with care and affection—after all, that is what home care is all about—so this probably won't be a problem, but if for some reason you are not happy with your assigned caregiver, just let our office know and we’ll be happy to work out a new arrangement.

Do I have to spend much for quality home care?

Home care is in fact less costly than a nursing home or an assisted living facility, and affordable quality home care means money well spent. How much you pay will depend on what kind of home care you choose—we compute fees on a case-to-case basis. Please do get in touch with us for a free quote.
